INFINITY STAFFING SOLUTIONS LLC HR Assistant in Nederland, Texas
HR Assistant:
- Reviewing, processing, and screening new applicants;
- Reference checks;
- Assisting employees with any needs including schedule change, call-outs, etc.;
- Assisting with staffing for open positions;
- Recruiting for open positions;
- Extending job offers;
- Posting job openings on media and social media outlets;
- Data entry.
- Other job duties may include basic administrative tasks to assist other staff with their daily activities.
*Minimum of 6 months-1-year previous clerical experience
SCHEDULE: Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm
