Community First Credit Union Electronic Payments Specialist in Neenah, Wisconsin

As our Electronic Payments Specialist, you'll find purpose in this position as you ensure our deposit products and payments are correct, timely and efficient. In this role, your primary responsibilities will be electronic payments processing, quality assurance, member support requests, and a variety of other operational activities. As our Electronic Payments Specialist, you’ll:

  • Provide outstanding service to internal and external members

  • Perform ACH processing to include posting of invalid items, exceptions and return items

  • Check processing to include review of RDC, posting of invalid items, exceptions and return items

  • Support cash ordering and verification

  • Process Business ACH originators files

  • Post member payroll and HSA deposits

  • Process, setup and complete annual reviews for ACH Originators

  • Review and process external ACH transfers

  • Process incoming and outgoing wires

  • Maintain, set up, and process auto transfers

  • Ensure Required Minimum Distributions are properly recorded and checks are mailed

  • Process levies as received

  • Assist with day-to-day processing, operations, direction and administration of IRA and HSA accounts

  • Possess knowledge of regulatory compliance. Assist with audits, if required

Ideal candidates will have a combination of:

  • Associate's degree in accounting or a related business field preferred; plus two to three years of prior experience within the financial services industry; or an equivalent combination of education and experience

  • General knowledge or understanding of electronic payments

  • Strong organization, communication, and time management skills

  • Technically savvy
