JOB REQUIREMENTS: Advantage xPO is seeking a Machine Operator! Work Schedule: Day shift; overtime as required. Qualifications and Skill Criteria: * Ability to safely operate Band Saws, Miter Saws, Table Saws, Painting equipment & Sand Blasting equipment. * Safety-first mindset. Follow established safety procedures. Participate in the identification and elimination of hazards in the workplace. Properly use and care for PPE. Maintain housekeeping standards in your work area. * Demonstrated ability to manage priorities and flow to the work as needed. Key Accountabilities: * Must be able to read and interpret schematics and routings to deliver parts and materials to our customers per their specifications. This will include measuring stock raw material and cutting to the appropriate size. * Must be able to operate an overhead crane to safely load and unload parts onto equipment. * Safely operate a horizontal band saw, table saw, and Miter saw. * Prep crates and skids for shipping and receiving * Pack assemblies, parts and materials for shipping. * Safely operate painting equipment. * Safely operate sand blasting equip After you have applied, download our Staffmark Group WorkNOW App to receive real-time job offers and apply for additional opportunities.
