Order Management Supervisor
Job Description
As an Order Management Supervisor, you will work with our clients and vendors to manage information, pricing, and resolve inventory discrepancies.
Responsibilities
Requires a higher level of technical and problem-solving ability related to our fulfillment business.
Manage multiple systems (Manhattan, Enspire, E1, etc.).
Excel expert.
Understand small parcel shipping.
Collaborate with vendor and internal site team members.
Handle accurate and timely inventory management.
Enter data in a timely and accurate manner.
Accurately process billing or credits promptly after thorough research and obtaining management approval.
Proficiently operate various computer systems, including MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Gain a thorough understanding of company services and pricing structures.
Essential Skills
Experience handling inventory management.
Experience with handling pricing, billing, and credit.
Strong organizational, problem-solving, multitasking, and decision-making skills.
Strong computer skills with proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Reliable and a team player.
Exceptional vendor/client focus and a sense of urgency.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00
