Insight Global Mac Desktop Support Engineer in New Britain, Connecticut
Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a dedicated Desktop Support Specialist with a strong proficiency in Mac systems to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, and software, with a focus on Apple products. Key responsibilities include troubleshooting issues, maintaining and upgrading Mac systems, providing end-user training, and ensuring the security of desktop environments. The role requires a deep understanding of macOS, familiarity with Apple hardware, and excellent problem-solving skills. Candidates should have a track record of delivering high-quality customer service and professionalism.
$17/hr to $20/hr
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401K retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
