Posting Summary | Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, is seeking a Human Resources Preparer for University Human Resources - Human Capital Management. This position, under the direct supervision of the Director Human Capital Management, reviews actions requested by departments to be submitted for HCM processing; completes data input through templates for daily, individual, salary and data actions for faculty and staff from hire through termination; and submits to the HR Approver for review and submission through the HCM Unit or directly to the Payroll Database.
