We are seeking 2 AI/ML Software Engineers to join our technology and innovation team, contributing to new technology development and innovation projects within our organization.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy web applications and services using contemporary programming languages, frameworks, and tools for both front-end and back-end development.

• Develop products and prototypes in areas such as LLM (Large Language Model), NLP (Natural Language Processing), DL (Deep Learning), ML (Machine Learning), etc.

• Collaborate with partners and customers to deliver high-quality and cost-effective solutions.

• Lead the software production process; taking ownership of assigned features from inception to completion, including mockups, design documents/reviews, acceptance testing, and deployment.

• Generate innovative and high-quality deliverables for our development teams and customers.

• Adhere to Siemens processes, quality standards, and guidelines.

Qualifications

• BSc, MSc, or Ph.D. in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.

• +3 years of hands-on experience in developing web applications across diverse industries.

• Proficiency in multiple programming languages such as Python, Java, and/or JavaScript, with knowledge of UI frameworks like ReactJS and Angular being advantageous.

• Demonstrate understanding of data structures, data modeling, and software architecture.

• Hands-on experience in web/cloud and mobile application development for AI and ML-based solutions.

• Experience in designing and developing software applications for web/cloud and IoT platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure, IBM Bluemix, etc.).

• Hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., Keras or PyTorch) and libraries (e.g., scikit-learn).

• Knowledge of virtualization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes is desirable.

• Show passion for developing simple, clean, and appealing code.

• Demonstrate strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
