Performance Optimal Health Physical Therapy Aide in New Canaan, Connecticut

As a Physical Therapy Aide at Performance Optimal Health, you will be responsible for supporting the client experience and working closely with patients throughout their journey towards optimal health. You will assist in setting up and preparing exercise equipment, observe patients during treatment, and motivate and assist patients in exercise programs. Additionally, you will help maintain the cleanliness of treatment rooms, clinic floors, locker rooms, and equipment.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or General Education Development

  • Must be at least 18 years old

  • Passion towards health and wellness

  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team

  • Computer literate, experience with data-entry preferred (Apple preferred)

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

  • Fluency in English (reading, writing, and speaking)

  • Regular attendance and punctuality

  • Effective prioritization and time management skills

  • Availability to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, and some Saturdays

  • Ability to perform under pressure and meet fixed time constraints

  • 2+ years of customer service experience (bonus)
