ADECCO Sales Assistant in New Castle, Pennsylvania
$20 - $24.00/hr
Monday -- Friday 8am -- 5pm
Act as liaison supporting several functions related to customers' needs such as notification, approval, invoicing, special terms, and collection, processes.
• Facilitate the collection, verification, and entry of project hours (and maintenance thereof, checking and updating as needed).
• Enter and maintain data for projects, contracts, NDAs, customers, opportunities, and orders.
• Experience with TEAMS, Microsoft Office Suite (primarily Excel but others occasionally), Visio (for org charts), and time-keeping system (BQE)
Pre employment drug and background screening required.
