Web Developer
I. GENERAL INFORMATION
Position Title: Custom WordPress Developer
Work Area: Operations
Reports To: Project Manager
II. POSITION’S GOAL
Execution of high-quality custom web development projects within given time frames, demonstrating fluency in English.
III. KEY FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
DAILY:
Develop build outs for 5–7-page websites within 72-80 hours.
Develop landing pages/funnels within 36-48 hours.
Deliver updates, tweaks, and changes in tickets within the specified timeframe.
Report daily updates through the ticketing system for each ticket worked on that day.
Attend daily morning meetings on time.
Be a team player and be willing to sacrifice for the good of your teammates and the company.
Maintain a positive attitude, focusing on solutions rather than problems.
Acknowledge mistakes in the "Growth Book" and help the team to avoid those mistakes in the future.
Provide constructive criticism with potential solutions to challenges within your job and the company.
Maintain a clean workspace and pick up after yourself.
Build daily successful habits and routines to help yourself and the team.
MONTHLY:
Create at least one custom development training.
Check-in call with the Project Manager.
QUARTERLY:
Take at least one internal training course in their field of expertise or relevant to digital marketing.
Attend all quarterly meetings on time.
PER SEMESTER:
Receive performance evaluations.
Improve areas of opportunity discussed in performance evaluations.
Read a book or take a course related to leadership, design, development, or personal development.

Head of Department: General inquiries not solved by Project Manager. (As needed)
Head of HR: Feedback, evaluations. (Per semester)
CEO: Feedback, evaluations. (As requested)
