Summary of Position :
The PERSONA / EAC Security Solutions Project Coordinator is responsible for the overall business activity of our OEM partners as it relates to our intelligent lock portfolio. This position requires a self-motivated and highly personable individual who is capable of working tightly with DSS sales team, Support Technician, Operational Team, OEM Dealers and end users Applicants must be organized and possess the ability to multi-task.
Responsibilities :
Manage the project activity of Top OEM partners (Electronic Access Control)
JD Edwards (ERP) Order fulfillment – Enter Sales, Purchase and RGA orders supporting Project activity
Manage Profession services (Installation resources) on specific projects
Customer Service as it relates to the business activity
Reporting of business activity.
Experience/Skills:
At least 2 years experience in customer orientated occupation (preferred)
4+ year degree
Project Management Professional (PMP) a plus
Knowledge of Electromechanical / Access control hardware a plus.
Knowledge of JD Edwards operating system a plus.
Strong presentation, organizational & communication skills
Ability to work on multiple projects concurrently
Ability to work effectively in a cross functional team in a fast paced environment
