Job Title: Line Mechanic/Line Lead
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Line Mechanic to maintain and repair equipment ensuring safe and efficient operation. This role is pivotal for the smooth running of our operations and requires a professional who can work second shift hours from 3 PM to 12 AM, Monday through Friday (overtime may be required). The position offers a competitive salary ranging from $27.50 to $32 per hour along with comprehensive benefits in a team-based and safety-first environment.

Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in New Holland, Pennsylvania.
Work Environment
This role requires the ability to respond to emergency calls after normal working hours and work extended hours to meet production demands. Work is performed in varying weather conditions and involves operating heavy equipment. Physical demands include walking, sitting, bending, stooping, and lifting up to 90 pounds. The candidate should be capable of working at heights and operating aerial lifts, stepladders, and extension ladders.
