Your Future Role
The role of the Project Execution Coordinator is to organize, support, and lead different tasks that are being driven by the PE Team. This includes but not limited to local support for our customer witness tests, coordinating customer visits and tours, and supporting up front execution tasks. In addition, this role will require leading administrative tasks for the PE team including but not limited to onboarding new employees, placing new equipment and software orders, and scheduling and coordinating team events.
Innomotics is looking for developing a Project Execution Coordinator to support the Project Execution (PE) organization. The position will report directly to the Head of Project Execution and is based out of the New Kensington, PA location.
This is a hybrid role, working onsite 1-3 days/week, in New Kensington, PA.
Project Execution Coordinator Responsibilities:
Facilitate Customer Visits on the behalf of the PE Organization while in attendance the New Kensington Factory.
Coordinate Customer Witness Tests with PE Customers.
Lead witness tests from an administrative perspective and document punch list items that are associated with PE content.
Onboard new employees using the appropriate Innomotics Tools.
Efficiently handle calendars for key leaders, troubleshoot conflicts, and provide seamless day-to-day operations support.
Act as a liaison and provide support to meetings - Arrange and handle all logistics for meetings and events: schedule meetings; draft agendas; develop, compile, and distribute presentation materials; and record meeting minutes (when needed).
Lead all aspects of organization’s office services, including supplies. Evaluate and assist in developing office policies and procedures for improved workflow and anticipate future needs as organization grows.
Handle purchase orders, invoices, and support in on/offboarding of new employees.
Support remote Project Managers with outbound deliveries from New Kensington.
Create or Look Up Logistic #s (customer Sold-to/Bill-to and Ship to) for Order Controller.
When needed, run Damex screening for new customer set up.
Update Salesforce with Order information.
Your Profile
Education, Experience, and Preferred Knowledge/Skills.
Bachelors or Associates Degree, in a relevant subject area such as Business, Communications or Marketing is preferred. HS/GED or equivalent experience is required.
2-3 years of Project Management or Coordination Experience.
Associate degree or High School Degree with equivalent experience in similar area
SAP experience required.
Microsoft office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Validated ability to expertly lead customer communications
Ability to work in fast paced environment.
Excellent time management skills
Excellent client-facing and internal presentation skills
Proven interpersonal skills including attention to detail, multi-tasking skills, time management and problem-solving skills.
Proven track record to work closely with a variety of roles such as field service, engineering, and product management to effectively prioritize and resolve customer issues in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Project.
The pay range for this position is $58,500 - $100,400. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
