    Job Summary: The purpose of this job is to provide telephone support by answering internal and external calls for informational purposes and transferring calls to the appropriate areas as requested. Minimum Requirements:

  • 1 year PBX/telephone experience.

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Ability to type 15 to 20 wpm.

  • Basic computer skills including knowledge of function keys, using a mouse, basic navigation and Microsoft Outlook necessary.

Preferred/ Desired:

  • Use of a console or multi-line phone experience in a health care environment.
