R & J Cylinder and Machine is a premier manufacturer of custom hydraulic cylinders
and cylinder component parts for fluid power applications. Our machine shop provides precision CNC machining including boring and honing for customers
in Cleveland and throughout Ohio.
Job Duties: Will be responsible for operating a variety of machines, including manual lathes, boring mills, hones, and CNC machines.
Please Note: Workdays are Monday thru Thursday, night shift available, 6pm to 6am.40 hours per week. Starting wage $18.00 to $28.00 per hour, based upon experience, skills & abilities, and comes with a $4.00 an hour shift differential.
Qualifications: Must be at least 18 years of age, have a HS diploma/equivalent. Manual milling experience a plus. Must be able to do medium lifting up to 50 lbs. consistently. Must be able to interpret blueprints/drawings and tolerances. Must have the ability to operate an overhead crane. Must demonstrate willingness to perform machine set-ups based off part and order requirements when necessary.
