You will leverage your skills, competencies, experience and/or education to manage, implement and drive specific projects in partnership with the Head of People & Culture Head for G-ECT North America. You will act as project manager and lead overarching P&C topics such as Culture, Engagement, Employee Surveys, and Performance & Compensation Management for the North American Surface Treatment business (G-ECT/N). By actively engaging with colleagues, you will help foster a culture of engagement, create a positive work environment, and enhance awareness of key topics that promote a sense of value and belonging.
As a People and Culture Specialist, you create chemistry by...
Leading culture and engagement topics across the region, partnering with P&C Business Partners, global P&C colleagues, and other relevant stakeholders to drive topics forward and to action.
Leading the overall approach, communication and strategy for employee surveys, including our annual engagement survey, our feedback survey for leaders, and other relevant regional or global surveys. Partner with stakeholders both within P&C, Communications and other relevant groups to develop holistic campaigns and action plans.
Managing the monthly headcount approval process for G-ECT North America, ensuring timeliness to deadlines and accuracy of the data.
Providing P&C team and G-ECT Leadership Team various analytics and reporting, as needed, to drive informed data-based decision making.
Identifying and implement process improvements and act with an entrepreneurial spirit to live a continuous improvement culture.
Acting as a project manager for regional compensation and performance topics. Partner with regional and global colleagues to manage timelines, call out risks, assess options and make informed decisions.
Ensuring accuracy of all people related data in various platforms by partnering with regional COEs, and coaching, advising and supporting G-ECT P&C Business Partners and leaders, as needed.
Liaising with Internal Comms team to act as the main point of contact for P&C NA for all P&C Intranet content and updates.
If you...
Have bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience, Master of Human Resources or MBA encouraged.
Hold PHR/SPHR/GPHR Certification, preferred.
Have Prior experience working in a dynamic and fast-paced Human Resources team.
Hold a positive attitude and embrace change.
Have the ability to manage projects and achieve objectives using your judgment and planning.
Hold a high degree of emotional and social intelligence, and the ability to have difficult and challenging conversations, with tact and diplomacy.
Have demonstrated ability to influence for impact.
Hold advanced Analytical skills.
Are experienced with change management approaches and practices.
Have the ability to navigate complex and often ambiguous situations acting with integrity and the highest ethical standards, even when faced with adversity and challenges.
Have strong communication skills, both written and oral/presentation.
Possess the ability to work and collaborate across all key stakeholders and regions and strong project management experience, leading topics both across a site, country and/or region.
