What we\'re seeking: As an Outside Connectivity Sales Manager for Frontier\'s Consumer Direct Sales organization, you will play a crucial role in the field supervision, development, and overall execution of a geographically dispersed outside sales team. You will oversee sales activities & focus on enabling sales success for each member of your team. You will lead from the front and act as a force multiplier for your team by removing obstacles, motivating, performance managing, and providing support at an individual level. In this in-person role, you will be required to report to our New Richmond, WI work location to complete your work responsibilities. What we need in you: You are a successful, dynamic leader who thrives in an environment where effort and execution from your team are directly correlated with earning potential, as we offer performance-based commissions/rewards. You have robust yet expedient skills in project management and prioritizing multiple initiatives. Utilizing your enthusiasm and experience in building and motivating sales teams will be imperative in accomplishing goals. You understand the art of door-to-door sales practices and how to be successful in direct sales, especially with cable or telecommunications services.
