Isometric Micro Molding, a Nissha Medical Technologies Company is currently accepting applications for Team Lead for Molding & Assembly Operations - Weekend Nights in our New Richmond, WI location. Work 36 hours, get paid for 40!

Hours Fri, Sat, Sun 6:30 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.

The Assembly Operations Team Lead assists the Operations Manager to oversee the efforts of the Assembly team, ensuring projects are carried out to meet the quality, goals, and project timelines to Isometric standards of continuous improvement.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

Maintain the production schedule and make timely adjustments as required based on priority changes as directed by management.

Develop manufacturing plans and provide clear direction to Assembly staff per the schedule to ensure timely completion of work.

• Provide input on staffing needs to Director of Molding and Assembly Operations.

• Ensure that Assembly staff is performing work per the direction provided and report deficiencies and issues to Director of Molding and Assembly Operations as required.

• Utilize available resources in a manner that assures optimum throughput and on-time delivery.

• Assure that completed jobs conform to customer requirements.

• Provide weekly progress report updates as requested.

• Provide suggestions for continuous improvement.

• Build and maintain positive working relationships within the organization.

• Collaborates with Scheduling, Quality and Shipping

• Train new employees on the essential duties of their jobs

Education and/or Experience:

• A minimum of three years’ experience in manufacturing operations

• Demonstrated leadership and training skills

• Critical thinking and problem-solving ability

• Exceptional attention to detail

• Intermediate level computer skills in the use of MS Word, Excel and Outlook

• Intermediate knowledge and experience with ERP systems; preferably Epicor

• Basic reading, writing, math skills

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

• Excellent attention to detail, accuracy and organizational skills
