Description and Requirements
We areseekingan experienced and results-driven Project Manager to join theDigital Workplace Solutions DeliveryTeam within the Lenovo Services & Solutions Group (SSG).
This role will reside within the AP Project Management Office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the successful execution of complex projects in accordance with quality standards, while ensuring client satisfaction. The Project Manager will play a pivotal role, maintaining effective communication between our clients and internal teams including Presales, Sales, Fulfillment,
Job Responsibilities
Lead the planning and execution of complex IT projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements and organizational goals.
Foster a collaborative and positive project team culture.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope,objectives, and deliverables.
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation, considering project complexities and potential challenges.
Provide strong leadership to project teams, motivating and guiding them to meet project milestones, while delivering high quality results.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing regular project updates.
Identifyand mitigate project risks, proactively addressing issuesand implementing resolution strategiesto ensure successful project delivery.
Ensure adherence to project management best practices and policies, aligned with PMO Governance and Compliance guidelines.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, IT, or a related field.
Proven experience (7+ years) inacustomer-facing projectmanager role managing complex IT projects from initiation to closure.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
Experience working with diverse and cross-functional teams.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong communicationand interpersonal skills.
Proficient in project management tools and methodologies and Microsoft Office Suite.
PMP,or equivalent project management certification.
Fluent in English, verbal and written
