What you will do
The Key Account Manager - Wholesale is the primary contact for our Pharmacy Wholesale partners. This role requires collaboration on forecasting between the Pharmacy Retail Account Teams and Customer Demand Planning Teams to ensure adequate availability of supply to our Pharmacy Customers. Working with the Pharmacy Account Team, you will ensure the flow of information is cascaded between our internal teams and external partners to ensure excellence in execution across our portfolio of brands in the Pharmacy Channel. The role is also responsible for:
Developing and maintaining strong relationships with our Pharmacy Wholesale partners including day to day account management
Actively participate in customer WIPs and supply/demand collaboration meetings
Consistent monitoring of both internal and Pharmacy Wholesale inventory to ensure optimal availability for our retail customers
Provide sales trends and insights, contributing to the full Pharmacy forecast
Management of obsolete stock, claims, and master data
Qualifications

Required Qualifications
1-2 years of experience in Sales or Vendor Replenishment Planner (VRP) roles with a supply background
Customer facing experience with excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence key stakeholders
Strong analytical and data-driven mind-set, with a keen attention to detail to support forecasting and data analysis Ability to handle administrative tasks and prioritize high-volume tasks, collaboratively to achieve team success
Experience in conducting claim management
Self-driven, enthusiastic and a strong team player, with the ability to work collaboratively with both internal and external key stakeholders
Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and customer needs, with a customer-centric approach
