Rocky Mountain Garage Administrative Assistant/Office Manager in New Stanton, Pennsylvania
Required Qualifications:
High School education or higher
Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable experience
Payroll background
Independent and critical thinking skills
Dependable
Sound judgement
Essential Job Functions:
Effectively communications with employees,customers and sales representatives
Answer phone calls and direct calls to appropriateĀ RMG representative
Filing
Tracking employees hours
Process and distribute payroll checks
Accounting duties (completing tax calculations for tax filing,handle all cash payments (in and out),processing invoices,making sure all operating expenses are paid and have a record of them,handle all account receivable and account payable, etc.
Handle the purchasing of material and office supplies
Process Discharge paperwork (fired/layoff/resignations)
Process Unemployment Claims
Process Workman's Compensation forms
Complete Tax residence verifications
Maintain State Inspection Books and Stickers
New Hire; Compile a new employee packet to be completed by new hire. (Obtain drivers license,social security card,tax information etc for payroll and for file)
Review Employee manual
Set up RMG training
Process completed background check, schedule drug test
Office hours M-F 8:30-5:00
