What you’ll do:

Sales Growth Driver: You’ll be the engine behind our revenue train. Generating leads, building relationships, and closing deals—that’s your jam.

Tech Guru with a Sales Hat: You’ll prepare and deliver technical presentations, collaborate with engineers, and assess customer needs. It’s like being a translator between the tech world and the business world.

  • Identifying and Establishing New Business Opportunities: You’ll be like a detective, sniffing out potential clients and opportunities. Whether it’s through networking events, industry conferences, or even a well-timed LinkedIn connection, you’ll be on the lookout for businesses that could benefit from your company’s electrical wizardry.

  • Building and Maintaining Customer Relationships:Relationships matter! You’ll be chatting up existing customers, both virtually (via emails and phone calls) and face-to-face (in meetings). Think of it as nurturing a garden of professional connections—watering them with knowledge and insights.

  • Technical Presentations and Demonstrations: Work with RD & technical support to build POC. Ensure successful pilot run at customer site.

  • Pre-Sales Assistance and Education: Before the ink dries on any contracts, you’ll be there—answering questions, providing technical details, and ensuring that your clients understand what they’re getting.

  • Negotiating Terms and Conditions: Contracts, pricing, and terms—oh my! You’ll dance the negotiation tango, making sure both the client and your company waltz away happy.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or above, preferably in Elecric Engineering.

  • At least 3 years of channel sales experience, preferably in market.

  • Electrical Products/ Aparutus/ Components in MV and LV.
