Google PCBA Test Engineer, Central Test Engineering in New Taipei City, Taiwan

Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
2 years of experience in coding, developing test methodologies, writing test plans, creating test cases, and debugging.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience developing C/C++ modules for embedded systems that manage power supplies, read sensors, drive GPIOs, and communicate with other subsystems.
Experience developing Python software applications to integrate the device, equipment, and fixture driver for manufacturing and platform boards tests.
Experience with Firmware API and Driver on STM32 ARM Cortex in FreeRTOS and digital protocols (e.g., I2C, UART, I2S, USB, ADC and DAC etc.).
Experience with Git and Linux shell script, and the ability to use OpenOCD and GDB for debugging.
Excellent hardware/fixture debug skills, with experience with software debug using Python or C.

Collaborate with design/engineering teams on design review, test plan development, and documentation.
Design and develop fixtures and software, to manage PCBA test coverage through NPI and sustaining phases to ensure adequate coverage for production testing.
Develop test systems including schematic design, MCU firmware overall system integration, design verification, and debugging.
Collect and analyze yield and parametric data, and assist hardware failure analysis and design improvement.
