Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
1 year experience with software development in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, C, C++).
Experience with data structures or algorithms.
Preferred qualifications:
Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related technical field.
1 year of experience working with embedded operating systems, either bare metal or Linux.
1 year of experience working on device drivers, system performance analysis, and/or debugging in an Android environment.
Excellent communication skills, with ability to manage changes and ambiguous tasks during the development phase.

Participate in software planning and development of bootloader and firmware.
Participate in bring up of new Pixel devices from SoC development boards to prototyping to mass production.
Design and implement core platform drivers and features in the areas of chassis and interfaces.
Design and implement debug, trace, and analytics solutions.
Debug difficult issues involving software, hardware, and SoC.
