Job Description:
What You'll Be Doing
• Collect, review, and approve Customer End Use and Export Compliance Certifications (EUC).
• Coordinate with internal teams to validate End Use Statements based on customer procurement descriptions.
• Assign local and U.S. export/import license requirements to on-hold orders in trade compliance software, escalating to department leaders as needed.
• Conduct global supply chain partner reviews, checking against restricted/denied parties lists for partner release or block decisions.
• Review and action red flag exception reports, conducting further due diligence if necessary.
• Prepare and submit government license applications and process licenses per local regulations.
• Submit ICP Audits to the Government Agency before expiration.
• Provide import/export clearance support for shipments as needed.
• Review and update local import/export regulations.
• Train business teams on new compliance regulations or processes.
• Prepare and report metrics, manage databases, and support export compliance questions/projects.
What We Are Looking For
• Requires a four-year degree, with a major or minor in engineering, from an accredited school.
• At least 5 years experience as Trade Compliance role in electronics industry
• Ability to read specification sheets and engineering drawings.
• Ability to analyze technical parameters (parametric values) in specification sheets as well as in other required documents and regulations.
• Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite specifically Excel and Access.
