Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Manage purchase orders, sample/goods delivery, quotations, and tender documents for the sales team
Address customers' enquiries and complaints exceptionally, ensuring delight
Generate and manage daily reports for the sales team to drive performance
Build and review SO/PO and check stock status.
Follow up on credit and payment issues for customers to ensure smooth transactions
Collaborate seamlessly with valued stream team and service team to meet customers’ requirements
Lead and develop a team to perform sales administrative duties with proven efficiency
Demonstrate experience in operational process improvement
Work closely with internal departments to successfully implement marketing campaigns and offers
Implement professional sales calls via telephone to drive sales growth
Perform sales calls and maintain vendor relations with all customers and potential customers primarily by phone, assisting Field Sales to meet/exceed quotas
Participate in any ad hoc duties as assigned, demonstrating a can-do spirit
Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
Diploma holder or above
At least 3 – 5 years of sales administration experience, preferable have experience leading a team
Good command of English and Mandarin is required
Experience with SAP System / Oracle System is an advantage
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Chinese typing
A can-do and follow-through spirit, capable of meeting tight deadlines and working under pressure
Motivated, well-organized, and proactive
Willingness to work overtime if necessary
