As part of our Strategy Summer Program, you’ll have a 10-week experience that mirrors the learning, networking and social events our Senior Strategy Consultants enjoy along with contributing on a project team and working with our clients on their most strategic challenges and opportunities.

You are:

A business pro. You know that the world is changing and that there are opportunities everywhere. You like tackling complex business challenges and defining smart solutions. You are a hard worker, rolling up your sleeves with clients and colleagues to ask the hard questions and push the envelope on what’s possible.

The work:

  • Kick-start your summer in our Strategy Consultant Development Program to learn the latest strategy skills

  • Build your network during office events and volunteer opportunities to gain a sense of inclusion and diversity

  • Work collaboratively on teams dedicated to developing data-driven insights and recommendations to support client business objectives

  • Practice the art of storytelling and build presentation skills

  • Use data visualization skills, charts, graphs and other data models to bring your analysis to life

  • Be an ambassador of our worldwide organization that promotes respect for the individual and the recruitment of top talent

Here’s what you need:

  • A member or affiliated with one of the following partnerships: Consortium, Forte, JumpStart, MBA Vets, or Reaching Out MBA

  • Attend one of the following Business Schools: Carnegie Melon University – Tepper, Cornell University – Johnson, Emory University – Goizueta, Georgia Tech University – Scheller, New York University – Stern, Massachusetts Institute of Technology – Sloan, University of North Carolina – Kenan-Flagler

  • Graduating by September 2026

  • Comfort working with visualization tools (PowerBI, Tableau, Alteryx) and/or programming languages (R, Python, Julia, SQL)

Bonus points if you:

  • Think critically and have worked with statistics or data analytics

  • Feel comfortable leading workshops, asking others for input and telling stories as a presentation style

  • Know you still have a lot to learn and are willing to be a lifelong learner

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York or Washington as set forth below.
