Amazon Senior Product Manager Tech, Growth, FireTV in New York City, New York

Description

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to own the growth of customers and engagement for Fire TV Channels, an innovative new revenue-generating video experience on Amazon devices. This opportunity puts you in the driver’s seat of a young and dynamic business, with the scrappiness of a start-up and the backing of Amazon’s scale. As a key leader of this business, you will drive the development and execution of the Growth strategy to increase the number of customers we serve and the quality of their experience, as measured by engagement. You will drive rapid testing and experimentation, learning and analysis, and implementation and scaling of what works to achieve the business’ growth objectives. This role will require you to blend business and CX intuition, creative sensibilities, and customer empathy with technical know-how, deep data analysis capabilities, and the ability to quickly operationalize, execute, and scale. You will work closely with a wide spectrum of teammates, including engineers, other product managers, content programmers, and marketers. In addition to touching the experience of millions of customers, you will have access to premium content from top global and national content brands with which to work, and cutting-edge LLM and AI tools at your disposal. We work in the middle of one of the fastest growing areas of entertainment and our team has full P&L responsibility with engagement, revenue, and profit goals.

Work with Product CX to integrate features and modules for customer insights and feedback.

Partner with programming and creative teams to create customer-facing campaigns that increase awareness and engagement.

Develop and leverage a deep understanding of the overall business, including the customer value proposition, content catalog and content partner needs, marketing levers, and revenue generation.
