Job Description Numa Management Associates is looking to fill Accounting / Fiscal / Purchasing Clerk / Bookkeeper, Specifically Purchasing Clerk in Towson, MD.
This is a 3-month temporary assignment.
Duties:
Performs purchasing clerical and general clerical duties in support of an office.
Enters, verifies, and processes documents, such as requisition/purchase orders, change orders, and related forms to ensure accuracy and completeness of order and financial information.
Notifies Schools, Vendors, offices, and account managers of order errors, delays, or problems that affect the purchasing cycle.
Obtains appropriate authorization to initiate change orders.
Investigates purchase order inquiries and provides budget, vendor and product information to schools and offices.
