About the role

Under general supervision, acts as central contact point for all requests for information from the field offices, including policies and procedures as mandated for federal, state, local, and company compliance. Maintains Service Level Agreements and highest level of customer service for our internal and external customers.

What you'll be doing

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Handles inquires by branch recruiters and managers by responding to general inquiries via multiple shared mailboxes, phone and/or live chat within defined SLAs
  • Partners with other corporate HR, legal and compliance departments to obtain relevant information such as links to other forms from the Operations Home (intranet) page.
  • Reviews, maintains and updates forms such as applications, addendums, standard operating procedures, policies, Employee Handbook, etc.
  • Responsible for the coordination and distribution of all Operations Communications developed by the Operations team. Recommends changes and improvements to management to maintain compliance and consistency.
  • Act as administrator for 3rd party vendor systems supporting branches, clients and associates for onboarding requirements.
  • Gathers information and reports for internal and external audit requests
  • Handles sensitive data and information with regards to employee records and hiring documents
  • Establishes and builds strong customer relationships to ensure understanding of company policies and procedures
  • Works closely with contract administration, payroll, and billing on all aspects of service center operations.
  • Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
About you

MINIMUM EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Associate's degree in business or related field or equivalent work experience required; Bachelor's degree in business related field preferred.
  • Minimum of one year in customer service or a related field preferred.
  • *If an equivalency statement is used for education and experience, specific number of years must be listed. Generally, an Associate's Degree equates to two (2) years, Bachelor's Degree equates to four (4) years, Master's Degree equates to at least six (6) years.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES REQUIREMENTS:

  • Skilled in communicating effectively verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
  • Must be able to interact and communicate with all levels of staff and management.
  • Customer service orientation as position requires extensive customer interaction.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Must have good organizational, interpersonal and motivational skills and be able to work as part of a team as well as a self-starter.
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule when needed.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
