Job Title: Administrative CoordinatorGrade: 20Salary: $71,613- $76,000The Research Foundation for Mental Hygiene, Inc. is seeking a qualified candidate to fill a full-time Administrative Coordinator position who will perform administrative functions as well as manage the daily operation of the ACGME and T32 Fellowship. The incumbent will work closely with Division Chief and the Fellowship Director on a range of activities for the efficient running of the division and Fellowship Program. The selected candidate will demonstrate excellent writing and communication skills, possess verbal and written skills to convey mission and purpose to internal and external stakeholders. As well as demonstrating proficiency with MS Office, ERAS Application System, and Med Hub.Duties and Responsibilities:•Providing support for the Division Chief•Managing and coordinating calendar and arranging meetings •Filing and keeping office organized•Taking notes at specific meetings •Sending emails on behalf of the Division Chief•Planning and preparing meetings for the Division Chief, including but not limited to, preparing power point slides.•Manage the daily operation of the ACGME and T32 Fellowship including:•Appointment, Re-Appointment, Termination via Xtrain in the ERA Commons•Retrieve Applications and supporting documents from the ERAS systems.•Direct and coordinate all aspects of the interview process up to and including reviewing applications, inviting applicant to interview, preparing itineraries, maintaining schedule of faculty interviewers. •Develop and maintain databases of information on each applicant credentials.•Maintain trainee schedules, activities, evaluations and reporting, yearly progress reports, continuation applications, attendance at all training programs meeting and maintenance of all records related to accreditation of the program.•Submit evaluations to appropriate supervisors on a quarterly basis.•Coordinate all meetings, division events, various symposia.•Other duties as requested.Minimum Qualifications:•Master’s degree in business administration, business, with five years’ experience in the ACGME and administrative field.Work Location: 1051 Riverside Drive, New York, NY 10032To Apply: Submit an application through our website at https://rfmh.applicantpro.com/jobs/.
