Position Overview

The Associate Director, Client Solutions, Analytics, supports the Director in their mission to deliver business-appropriate, best-in-class solutions for Initiative clients. You partner with the integrated Initiative team and across Initiative SBUs to develop a world class analytics practice from data strategy, measurement and optimizations. As theAssociate Director, Client Solutions, Analytics, you will work withthe agency and client toenablethedata andtech solutions that lay the foundation forexecuting brand &performance marketing.

Responsibilities

  • Manage/mentor junior team members.
  • Understand core client business challenges, and develop relevant measurement frameworks that outline measures of success, in-flight optimization levers, and learning priorities.
  • Work closely with internal and client teams to identify business needs and analytics opportunities, developing tools, dashboards, and techniques to optimize media performance.
  • Guide the creation of reporting through automated processes, efficiently consolidating data from a multitude of sources into a cohesive view of performance.
  • Improve the quality of reporting by creating easy to follow weekly or monthly visual dashboards that key stakeholders will utilize on a regular basis to make informed business decisions.
  • Ensure alignment between day-to-day analytics support & approved measurement frameworks.
  • Prepare & deliver executive-level presentations for internal and external audience.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Excellent written, oral communication, project management and presentation skills.
  • Possesses understanding of digital planning and buying, with a focus on standard media metrics
  • 6+ years relevant Media or Analytics experience, preferably in an agency environment
  • Experience managing digital audiences for targeting and planning
  • Strong organizational skills, able to aggregate information and data from multiple sources
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics/Omniture
  • Knowledge of Datorama, Tableau, Google Data Studio, or any similar dashboard products
  • Demonstrates understanding of digital tagging, tracking, QA, and maintenance

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Working experience with data from digital media platforms (e.g. DCM, SA360, TTD, FB, etc.) preferred
  • Knowledge of digital attribution methods, marketing mix modeling, measurement frameworks, KPI discovery, tracking implementation preferred
  • Initiative does not require candidates to have a college degree

The salary range for this position is $xxx to $xxx. Where an employee or prospective employee is paid within this range will depend on, among other factors, actual ranges for current/former employees in the subject position, market considerations, budgetary considerations, tenure and standing with the Company (applicable to current employees), as well as the employee's/applicant's skill set, level of experience, and qualifications.

Salary Range
$110,000-$140,000 USD
