Nomura Capital Management LLC Associate, Portfolio Manager in New York, New York

Help build and manage investment portfolio focused on Private Credit markets. Monitor and evaluate private credit funds, co-investments and secondary investment opportunities. Assess portfolio performance and risks by performing quantitative and qualitative analyses, including performance simulations, stress-testing, quantitative risk analysis and qualitative risk/reward analysis based on macro/micro observations. Build and maintain performance and cash flow forecasting models. Formulate macro outlook and use it to generate investment ideas. Support operational matters, including portfolio trading, portfolio rebalancing, cash flow management, and regulatory testing. Prepare client reporting and marketing materials, and conduct ad-hoc research as required.Requirements:Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration with a concentration in Finance, plus one year of experience in the position offered or as an Investment Analyst at an investment or asset management firm.**All required experience must have included managing multi-asset class portfolios; evaluating private markets managers for inclusion in portfolios, including private equity, credit, and real estate; conducting portfolio management modeling of portfolio liquidity over time given cash flow and asset class performance assumptions using advanced Excel; participating in trade plan development and execution and performing rebalancing to exposures at regular intervals in line with the endowment model of investing; drafting marketing materials and portfolio reports, and communicating directly with clients; using and incorporating Bloomberg into models as a data source for benchmarking and collecting macroeconomic data; visualizing data for internal analyses and client-facing materials; and working with various portfolio management modeling techniques including liquidity ladders, relative value screening, regression analysis, and risk budgeting via beta benchmarks.May work from home 1 day per week.#LI-DNI

Minimum Salary: 165,000 Maximum Salary: 175,000 Salary Unit: Yearly
