Our client, a top NYC consulting firm, is currently looking for a Senior Manager of Business Planning & Analysis! Be a partner in driving finance transformation by developing innovative strategies to solve complex business problems. In your role, you'll build lasting relationships with clients, fostering a positive business community, and ensuring high-quality product delivery. Mentorship and performance development are expected, as well as overseeing project work plans.
The ideal candidate thrives in identifying business risk areas, improving process efficiencies, and setting strategic decisions for clients. Experience in finance transformation, financial analytics, and managing a team is essential. Looking for someone who promotes a positive team culture, creates development opportunities, and contributes to acquiring new business.

Requirements
You should have experience in finance strategy development, budgeting and forecasting, financial modeling, management reporting, and analytics. An inherent interest in project management, team leadership, and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite applications, with particular emphasis on Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, is required.
Candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance or a related discipline, with at least 7 years of relevant experience in FP& A and/or Corporate Finance; prior consulting experience is also preferred.
