Job Description Summary

The Client Delivery Analyst role supports GOS President of Client Delivery and the GOS COO Client Delivery leading and coordinating key initiatives, activities, meetings and communications for and to our GOS Client Delivery team globally. This role is critical to the smooth operation of the GOS Client Delivery team and interfaces with a variety of teams and individuals across GOS. This position provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in Corporate Real Estate Outsourcing and Services.

Job Description

About the Role

  • Support GOS organization goals and Enterprise strategic priorities year on year

  • Understand keyleadersandstakeholdersacross GOS service lines and functional areas and interact with those stakeholders as needed

  • Build strong and sustainable relationships and the capability to interact within all levels of GOS

  • Awareness of key clients and accounts

  • Be a self-starter who can support and manage special projects, internal leadership programs, communication verticals, or other initiatives.

  • Support data requests, such as benchmarking and analysis, as needed

Support Client Delivery Lead on GOS Activities

  • Assist in delivery of reporting for account management metrics for Client Delivery organization

  • Support client engagement efforts and external outreach

  • Coordinate and administrate small to medium projects and initiatives based on defined goals, timelines, outcomes and constraints

  • Produce error-free correspondence andpresentationmaterials

  • Coordinate all speakers and materials for recurring key meetings

  • Be an anchor point for the GOS business, as a source of information, a "nerve center" to funnel people, information and provide information as needed

  • Act as a liaison between GOSClient DeliveryLeader and C&Wleadershipand GOS regionleadersand GOS staff, interact with Service line and Functionalleaders, as needed

  • Partner with Client Care team to rollout tools and processes to the Delivery Organization

  • Support key initiatives in the areas of Organic Growth, Client Engagement and Operational Excellence

About You

  • Ability to effectively communicate and influence key stakeholders to support proposed strategies, process improvements and operational decisions

  • Resourcefulness and creative problem-solving skills

  • Experience testing and mapping various business processes and protocols

  • Familiarity with industry technology systems to gather data

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills

  • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in a related discipline or field of study (i.e. Business, Architecture, Interior Design, Corporate Real Estate & Facilities Management Planning/Coordination, Facilities, Project or Construction Management, etc.)

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, One Note and PowerPoint) experience with SharePoint and Smart Sheets a plus

  • Previous corporate work experience

  • Possess analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills with a focus on long term, strategic vision.

  • Basic understanding of Corporate Real Estate

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate's experience and qualifications.


The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.


The compensation for the position is: $72,250.00 - $85,000.00
