The Community Marketing Manager will be responsible to develop and manage execution of integrated marketing communications strategy for multiple segments, portfolios or channels. Set communications/creative strategy and quarterly plans. Collaborate with marketing strategy and product development teams to support marketing plans and testing initiatives. Create focused messaging that increases awareness in the market. Develop and prioritize market plans and projects as needed. Monitor and analyze level of impact/success and communicate updates to business partners and external agencies. Support local community events with collateral and marketing materials.

As our Community Marketing Manager you will:

  • Provide regular communication updates to management and department heads to support collaboration and attainment of organizational goals. Collaborate with product managers and other internal clients to develop objectives, strategies and tactics for supporting key marketing initiatives. Manage programs supporting product launches, promotions and other marketing and sales driven efforts

  • Work closely with Community Development Relationship Managers and Community Mortgage Consultants to develop external-facing sales tools and collaborate with training function on required materials, messaging, Company presentations, and product information, etc

  • Execute marketing objectives within budget while maintaining accurate measurement of campaign effectiveness. Ensure detailed tracking and reporting of program/campaign performance is maintained, analyzed and presented to senior management

  • Promote an environment that supports diversity and reflects the HSBC brand

  • Ensure all marketing communications/creative strategies comply with Company brand standards. Supervise the routing review process to ensure accuracy of all communication materials.

  • Lead and manage execution of testing plans for multiple customer touch points, including direct mail, email, customer service and collection letters, billing statements, newsletters, telephone sales scripts, and by ensuring the development, implementation and ongoing evaluation of marketing best practices

  • Ensure that all employees are aware of and effectively identify and manage applicable money laundering, terrorist financing, sanctions and reputational risks

  • Complete other responsibilities, as assigned

For this role, HSBC targets a pay range between $82,600 and $123,900.

The final fixed pay offer will depend on the candidate and a number of variables, including but not limited to, role responsibilities, skill set, depth of experience and education, licensing/certification requirements, internal relativity, and specific work location.

Qualifications

You´ll likely have the following qualifications to succeed in this role:

  • Minimum of five-seven years proven and progressive experience in marketing, communications, advertising, public relations, or equivalent

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, related field or equivalent experience

  • Strong planning, project management, interpersonal and persuasion skills. proven creative, verbal, written, presentation skills and ability of communicating effectively within the organization and with customer groups

  • Demonstrated knowledge of business, products and services supported as well as the external environment affecting them

  • Ability to multi-task and work collaboratively across functional departments to accomplish business goals

  • Ability to travel
