Job Title: Construction EstimatorJob Description
We are seeking a skilled Construction Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing detailed estimates by calculating various statistical data such as quantity take-offs, material price lists, labor costs per man-hour, and equipment costs. This role involves defining and quantifying the scope of work and preparing comprehensive conceptual, budgetary, and construction cost estimates for projects. Additionally, the candidate will review and research historical data to compile summary reports, developing guidelines and precedents for future estimates.
Hard Skills
4+ years of Estimating experience
Bachelor's degree in construction or engineering
Proficient in Bluebeam & Microsoft Office
Experience in Structural or Architecture estimating

Job Type
This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 12 Month(s).
Work Site
This is a hybrid position requiring some days on-site in New York, New York and some days remote.
Work Environment
Hybrid schedule, England based company with a collaborative team, including members from England.
