Fitch Inc CreditPath (Return to Work) Program Participant - 2025 in New York, New York

We are inviting eligible candidates to apply and join us in NYC for the CreditPath Conference, a 4-day professional development opportunity where you will meet experienced Fitch professionals, CreditPath mentors from previous programs, certified coaches specializing in transitions and to work with our internal recruitment team to learn more about our job opportunities and prepare for interviews.

The Fitch Group CreditPath Conference is a great way to gain insight into the relaunching & transition process and, most importantly, meet with our recruiters and hiring managers who want to talk to you.

Upon review of your application, eligible candidates will be contacted by our recruiting team for a formal invitation to the conference.

Dates: March 10-13

Time: 4 Full Days

Place: In-person (required)

33 Whitehall, Manhattan

Extras: Food and beverage will be provided.

Will there be an opportunity to apply for full-time employment?

Yes. All CreditPath participants will have the opportunity to apply for open jobs in New York, predominantly in Fitch's credit analytical and information technology departments.

Will there be additional support if an employment offer is extended?

Yes. Full-time hires will participate in a CreditPath learning "bootcamp" for the first two weeks of employment, where comprehensive training, professional development, networking and mentoring opportunities will be provided.

Eligibility

This Conference is meant for anyone with experience in financial analysis or IT, who has the desire to get back to work after a 3 year career break and for transitioning US Military Veterans with relevant experience.

Returning Professionals:

  • 4 years of relevant work experience in Financial/Credit Analysis and/or technology.
  • 3 years career break
  • Strong desire and ability to return to the workforce
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with an ability to convey complex ideas and solutions concisely and persuasively
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, agile, team-oriented environment
  • A collaborative and can-do mindset and ability to operate within departmental and company-wide initiatives, both on an individual basis and as part of a team


Transitioning US Military Veterans:
  • Enlisted/Junior Officer background with 4 years of U.S. Military experience
  • Separation Requirements:
    • Officer: 0-2 years of separation from military service
    • Enlisted: Up to 5 years of separation from military serve to include time while pursuing a degree
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with an ability to convey complex ideas and solutions concisely and persuasively
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, agile, team-oriented environment
  • A collaborative and can-do mindset and ability to operate within departmental and company-wide initiatives, both on an individual basis and as part of a team
