Grant Thornton Cyber Strategy & Management Senior Associate - ServiceNow in New York, New York
As a Cyber Strategy & Management Senior Associate – ServiceNow, you will get the opportunity to grow and contribute to our clients' business needs by applying a collection of information and cybersecurity capabilities, including security and privacy, strategy, governance, IT risk, security testing, technology implementation/operations, cybercrime and breach response for the Cybersecurity & Privacy Practice – all with the resources, environment, and support to help you excel.

Your day-to-day may include:
Partner and collaborate with Business Stakeholders to create innovative solutions leveraging ServiceNow’s Integrated Risk Management Solutions
Collaborate with Product Management and Development team members to enhance ServiceNow products with new capabilities that address customer needs
Hands-on development of ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management solution
Design and modify ServiceNow forms, workflows, scripts, transform maps, reports, dashboards, and business rules
Assist clients in developing and implementation ServiceNow use cases and solution integration with upstream and downstream solutions using API calls, including integration components (SSO, LDAP, e.g.) and web technologies (XML, HTML, JavaScript, and Web Services)
Participate in clients call as Security SME; provide solutions best fitted to the requirement and in line with the industry best practices.
Ability to consider non-traditional approaches to solve traditional security challenges
Designing and deployment of enterprise software solutions, including on-site implementations and cloud-based capabilities
Communicate (verbally and in writing) externally with clients and internally with all levels of the organization to successfully accomplish objectives portraying knowledge and confidence
Maintain a good working relationship with clients and work effectively with client management and staff at all levels to gather information and perform services
Other duties as assigned
You have the following technical skills and qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is required
Minimum 2 years of related cybersecurity experience in a similar consulting practice or function
CISSP, CISM, ISACA, CRISC, ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM) Implementer, ServiceNow Security Operations (SecOps) Security Incident Response, Specialist level ServiceNow certification or other related certifications preferred
Demonstrated working knowledge of various standards and guidelines such as ISO, NIST, COBIT and others
Experience with GRC platform, ServiceNow, required
Expert in the ServiceNow IRM implementation, leading ServiceNow design, configuration, implementation, and rollout.
Familiarity with ServiceNow Performance Analytics is a plus
Familiarity with IT Asset Management solutions is a plus
Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Microsoft Word and Microsoft Power Point
Exceptional client service, communication, analytical, organizational and project management skills
Can travel as needed
The base salary range for this position in New York, NY only is between $112,300 and $168,500.
The base salary range for this position in Chicago, IL only is between $104,000 and $156,000.
