Drive engagement with business stakeholders to identify, understand, and document data requirements for data-driven systems based on business needs and processes. Translate business needs and processes into requirements for data governance tools and programs. Collaborate with product owners and scrum teams to groom, refine, and manage use cases, requirements, and acceptance criteria, leveraging the scrum/agile framework in Jira to ensure alignment to business goals. Gather and populate data governance tools with critical information, including business glossaries, data dictionaries, and owners. Track key data governance metrics, and add and analyze them in data visualization tools. Work with data-driven systems; operations strategy; SDLC, including Scrum and Agile; data visualization tools, including Tableau and Qlik; workflow tools; business and data analysis; and, requirements gathering.REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field of study, plus three (3) years of experience with data-driven systems; operations strategy; SDLC, including Scrum and Agile; data visualization tools, including Tableau and Qlik; workflow tools; business and data analysis; and, requirements gathering.
