TEKsystems Desktop Support Technician in New York, New York

Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional white-glove technical support to executive-level customers, including troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and network issues.

• Set up, configure, and deploy desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals for executive users.

• Perform regular maintenance and upgrades on executive devices to ensure optimal performance and security.

• Collaborate with other IT teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner.

• Conduct technology training sessions and provide ongoing support to executives to enhance their proficiency with IT tools and systems.

• Maintain accurate records of support requests, resolutions, and inventory of executive devices and software licenses.

• Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices in desktop support to continuously improve service delivery.

• Provide on-call support and participate in after-hours maintenance activities as needed.
