Citigroup Digital Lending Marketing (Prescreen and Prequal) Platform & Audience Manager, VP in New York, New York
The Digital Marketing Acquisitions team is looking for a Digital Lending Marketing Platform Manager to oversee conceptualization, development and extension of new products, services and channels within the Citi-external vendor hosted real-time credit offer platform. The platform hosts an array of products across multiple lines of business (cards, personal lending) and integrated channels across owned, paid and partner media to deliver real-time prescreened and prequalified offers to prospects and existing customers. The candidate must possess developed communication and diplomacy skills to guide, influence and convince others, in particular colleagues in other departments and disciplines. The evaluation of feature and functionality combined with project management and managing delivery risk is paramount to develop, run and maintain platform capabilities including vendor oversight. This role requires an individual who is comfortable with, and thrives on, cross functional interaction with analytics, operations, marketing, compliance, risk policy and technology teams.
Responsibilities:
Support the exploration and development of marketing platform capability enhancements for both internal and external partners for real-time card and personal lending offers
Deliver both strategic and tactical recommendations and deliverables. This leader can operate both in a big picture as well as highly tactical tasks such as reviewing and enhancing product requirements documentation
Accountable for planning and managing a group of related Citi and vendor coordinated technology projects or activities in a coordinated way from inception through successful delivery
Business technologist understanding of real-time API driven integrations and architecture
Able to gain a deep understanding of the business and technical requirements for the solutions being built
Product/platform expert and strategist who can understand the needs of Citi’s channel and technology to deliver fantastic B2C and B2B2C capabilities
Ensure that projects are effectively planned, managed and monitored. Includes status updates, blockers/risks and initiative status
Partner closely across the organization with cross functional teams including journeys, products, channels, operations, analytics, marketing information management, legal, privacy, control, compliance, etc.
Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and mid to senior level managers to resolve issues and achieve organizational goals
Qualifications:
6 - 10 years of experience in product, marketing technology and/or project management skills
Familiarity with credit lending services/processes; credit bureau data familiarity
Fluent in data pipelines and connectivity, possesses an ability to create high level data process flows demonstrating how data passes through internal and external systems to create a holistic vision and design
Ability to apply ingenuity and creativity to problem analysis and resolution in complicated and/or novel situations - ability to find constructive solutions to roadblocks
Foundational paid media expertise a plus, including the ability to connect paid efforts to on-site activities
Paid and owned Digital media platform/capability experience and analytic background preferable, including identity-based measurement solutions and/or MMM
Familiarity with digital marketing and media buying platforms and technologies, including tag management solutions and data APIs - how data moves through a system, including working knowledge of clean rooms a major plus
Developed diplomacy skills are required in order to guide, influence and convince others, in particular colleagues in other areas and occasional external partners
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
Experienced professional demonstrating comfort and confidence presenting to internal/external partners as well as senior management
Education:
