Position Summary

We are looking for a Director on the Client Solutions team! Someone who is curious, analytical, and driven with a strong interest in media, marketing, and analytics. The Director will lead teams and work directly with clients to track and measure campaign performances as well as develop reporting and recommendations for optimizations.

Responsibilities
  • Managing a team of analytics professionals, providing guidance and mentoring
  • Provide meaningful insights for internal stakeholders as well as clients regarding areas such as brand health, cross-channel synergy, paid/owned/earned media, and consumer behavior
  • Ability to communicate succinctly and professionally to senior leadership on the client side and working with agency leads
  • Defining reporting solutions (e.g. automated dashboards, database solutions, enhanced data visualization)
  • Leading conversations around media performance (e.g setting relevant KPIs, building learning agenda and measurement plans)
  • Manipulation and analysis of large datasets from multiple sources, including proprietary agency analytics platform
  • Summarizing advertising measurements with media metrics such as reach and frequency, engagement rate, conversion rate, viewability, and fraud
  • Accurately evaluate the effectiveness and performance of paid campaign advertising
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, including the creation of charts or other visualizations through Tableau or other Business Intelligence platforms to illustrate campaign performance
  • Have an innate curiosity for processes improvements and continually strive to be better
  • Coordinate between different teams, including Advertising Operations, Digital Partnerships, Paid Search and Paid Social teams for campaign trafficking and quality assurance
  • Present analysis to internal teams and external clients
  • Guide teams in reviewing media plans and placement taxonomy throughout the year, especially during planning season
  • Build strong relationships with vendors we work with, collect custom report data monthly, and ensure partners follow the templates provided for processing
  • Support the development of KPIs and campaign goals as part of the measurement framework
  • Assist in annual benchmark development working with different internal teams
  • Jump in to help with ad hoc requests and custom analyses
  • Support ongoing QA for the database throughout the year across multiple data sources

Required Skills & Experience

  • 7-10 years of experience in agency or client side digital media planning or media analytics
  • Demonstrated success leading work multi-functional teams strongly preferred
  • Experience with reporting & data platforms such as Datorama, Tableau, SQL, R, DCM, Salesforce DMP, comScore, etc.
  • Experience with 3rd party data providers, DMPs (e.g. Salesforce), and DSPs (e.g. DBM)
  • Strong MS Excel & Power Point skills
  • Demonstrated success in managing analytical, commercial, and managerial elements of a client relationship
  • Collaboration, including ability to drive clarity in a multi-stakeholder environment
  • Initiative does not require candidates to have a college degree

Desired Skills & Experience
  • Technical sales, sales support, solutions design, and delivery; especially in a dynamic technology and data environment
  • Understanding of audience analytics capabilities and good practices (measurement, matching, onboarding, workflow, limitations, and workarounds, etc.) in the current environment

The salary range for this position is posted below. Salary Range
$145,000-$175,000 USD
