Director Global Talent Management - PVH Corp.

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Director Global Talent Management is responsible for leading and executing PVH’s core talent management practices globally including Careers and Performance and Development. Sitting in the Global Center of Excellence and reporting to the VP of Global Talent Management and Organizational Effectiveness, this leader will serve as an internal advisor and subject matter expert, leveraging an advanced understanding of talent management to design tools and approaches aligned with business needs. They will play a pivotal role in driving the organization’s HR strategy and shaping the future success of our organization through impactful talent practices.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:

Program Management and Execution:

Responsible for full scale project management, coordination, administration, and reporting related to core talent practices.

Lead the design, implementation, and on-going maintenance of core talent practices.

Data-Driven Decision Making:

Utilize data to measure the effectiveness of talent management initiatives in the specified focus areas and provide actionable insights to senior leadership.

Implement key metrics to assess and improve talent programs.

Stakeholder Collaboration and Influence:

Partner with HR leaders and regional talent teams to understand their specific needs and priorities, and to ensure alignment and seamless execution of talent programs.

Collaborate closely with other COE’s to ensure seamless integration and delivery of products and services.

Navigate regional, functional, brand, and cultural nuances to foster a unified global approach to core talent practices and processes.

Act as a trusted advisor, leveraging your expertise to provide guidance on best practices.

Utilize storytelling techniques to present data in a compelling manner, influencing decision-making processes at all levels of the organization.

Continuous Improvement:

Stay current with industry trends, research, and emerging technologies related to performance management, career development, and succession management.

Drive continuous improvement of talent practices and programs, ensuring they remain innovative, efficient, and aligned with evolving business needs.

Support other talent initiatives as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

Experience:

Experience (8 to10+ years) leading talent processes in a complex, multinational organization.

Proven track record of identifying and diagnosing opportunities and gaps, determining solutions, and implementing them with global reach and responsibility.

Education:

Advanced degree in I/O Psychology, Human Resources, or related field.

Skills:

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and inspire stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams and build strong relationships.

Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.

Pay Range:$150,000 - $170,000

PVH currently provides base salary ranges for all positions-on job advertisements-in the United States based on local requirements. These ranges are based on what PVH reasonably believes that it will pay an associate for their base salary for said position at the time of the posting. Individual compensation will ultimately be determined based on a variety of relevant factors including but-not limited to qualifications, geographic location and other relevant skills.
