We are looking for:
We are looking for a Growth Strategist (Director of Growth) to join our team. You will act as a CMO for some of our key clients. You must have a strong growth marketing background and have the right mix of analytical, creative and strategy chops in your DNA. Additionally, you must have experience with performance, CRO and multiple marketing channels.
You'll do:
Serve as an on-demand CMO for key clients, owning their marketing goals and growth metrics
Lead, plan, and manage data-driven growth campaigns that fuel customer acquisition, retention, and brand awareness across paid social, SEM, CRO, SEO, and lifecycle marketing
Dive into client data to uncover optimization and testing opportunities across acquisition and retention channels
Execute marketing strategies and hit deadlines within budget, while consistently delivering strong results
Communicate strategies, progress, and results with clients and internal teams
Collaborate with internal squads and client teams to achieve key KPIs and growth objectives
You are:
A growth marketing expert with 6+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, performance, and product growth (experience in consumer tech, healthcare tech, or B2B SaaS is a huge plus)
Experienced in owning the full acquisition funnel and reporting on performance at every stage
Proficient in both top-of-funnel and bottom-of-funnel strategies, with a track record of success in both areas
Skilled in managing external partnerships and presenting results to stakeholders across all levels
Confident in leading end-to-end marketing campaigns, from ideation to execution, with a sharp focus on delivering strategic growth metrics
Data-savvy, with the ability to navigate web analytics and attribution stack (Google Analytics, Data Studio, Tableau, etc.) and tell compelling stories through data
A pro at project management and collaboration, ensuring seamless execution across all teams
Experienced in managing mid-large budgets and campaigns for Meta Ads and Google Ads with proven success
Well-versed in marketing automation tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce
A lifelong learner, passionate about growth marketing—you’re always learning, teaching, and evolving in your craft.
Bonus points for:
Experience with AI automation or building martech stacks
Entrepreneurial mindset, especially if you’ve launched your own venture (demonstrating hands-on experience is a major plus)
Proficiency in analytics tools like Mixpanel, Amplitude, Segment, or similar
An analytical background, with a basic understanding of databases, SQL, and Python, alongside knowledge of marketing analytics tools like GA4 or Mixpanel
Experience in designing and executing SEO and content marketing strategies, including outreach
Familiarity with front-end development, APIs, and webhooks

The compensation range for this position is $105,000-$130,000 base pay plus bonus and commission.
