Vida Shoes International Inc E-Commerce Marketing Analyst in New York, New York

Lead in gathering and organizing all business reporting ensuring quality of data is accurate and uncovering any data inconsistencies to help troubleshoot root cause. Forecast ecommerce revenue at annual, monthly, weekly, and daily levels. Work with cross-functional teams, leadership, and external collaborators/vendors, to identify analytics requirements and produce visualizations and data sets to arm the Marketing, Merchandising, and Planning teams to make informed decisions. Regularly update KPIs and dashboards demonstrating performance, develop visualizations, dashboards, and reports utilizing Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, Power BI, Shopify, and other analytics platforms. Design and oversee A/B and Multivariate tests that can drive incremental engagement through targeted and relevant messaging. Monitor and report on performance trends; dive deep into the data to proactively identify trends, behaviors, and opportunities to provide actionable insights and identify new opportunities.Conducted in- depth analysis of website traffic and user behavior using data analysis software such as Excel, Google Analytics, and Adobe Analytics, identifying patterns and opportunities for improvement. Developed and executed comprehensive marketing strategies, incorporating email marketing, social media marketing, and PPC advertising, leveraging tools like HubSpot, MailChimp, and Google Ads. Achieved increased website traffic, improved conversion rates, and enhanced revenue. Collaborated with cross-functional teams, including web developers, designers, and product managers, utilizing e-commerce platforms like Shopify, Magento and WooCommerce to optimize website usability, design, and functionality.Conducted market research to identify consumer preferences, competitor strategies, and new market opportunities, supported by SEO and competitive analysis tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Moz. Created and presented reports and presentations to stakeholders, including senior leadership, informing strategic decision-making with a blend of data from tools like Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics. Utilized marketing automation and email marketing software such as Klaviyo, in addition to data analysis and business intelligence tools, to identify insights and inform effective business decisions. Stayed abreast of industry trends, new technologies, and emerging best practices in e-commerce and digital marketing, staying informed through continuous learning and exploration.
