•Plan, schedule, administer, and evaluate over 10 course workshop offerings to 8th to 12th grade students, and college students throughout the year. •Manage course workshop design, scheduling, admission, and registration process. •Advise students and families regarding program eligibility, program options, admission and other requirements.•Provide direct support to individual students in academic preparation and requite support.•Complete assessment, referrals and counseling with students and families.•Create and distribute promotional materials, e.g. interviewing students that the company has provided service to, writing posts and newsletters on company’s social media regarding those students’ results in competitions as a part of company’s marketing efforts.•Be the point of contact for students and faculty.•Participate in the development and administration of program budgets and associated goals.•Gather and analyze qualitative and quantitative data about student’s performance in competitions and programs, research on the unique nature and requirement of each competition/program that are suitable for students’ skill development, and introduce appropriate competitions and programs to students based on students’ strength and personal interests.This position requires at least a Master's degree in education, bilingual education, or education leadership. At least two years of work experience in same or related role in private educational institution. Experience must involve teaching in both classroom and one-on-one setting.
Minimum Salary: 47819.00 Maximum Salary: 68000.00 Salary Unit: Yearly
