Hilton Finance Intern, Temporary Part-Time - New York Hilton Midtown in New York, New York

An Intern is responsible for performing designated jobs and learning supportive functions in an assigned department in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.

This is a fast-paced work environment with regular demands for deadlines and project completion, which requires attentiveness to detail and support to internal departments.

What will I be doing?

As an Intern, you would be responsible for performing designated jobs and learning supportive functions in an assigned department in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

  • Accounts Payable tasks – processing invoices, PO matching, reconciling vendor statements
  • Accounts Receivable tasks – preparing bills, reconciling rate discrepancies
  • General books/Income Audit – Credit Card balancing, House charges and allowances audit
  • Ad-hoc task – filing, organizing
