Pay: $42 - $45/hr.

About the Role:
Hunter Hamilton is partnering with an Austin HQ'd client to hire for their Real Estate team. This role is currently a 6 month temporary assignment, with potential to extend. This Financial Analyst will be supporting the Real Estate team, analyzing data, creating financial models, depreciation schedules for office portfolios, new office locations, build outs, etc.

Required Skillset
* G-Suite experience required, specifically Google Sheets, Google Slides (we do not use Excel/ PowerPoint)
* Experience with Tableau is a distinct advantage
* Proficiency in data modeling (G-Suite experience a plus)
* Exceptional attention to detail and financial accuracy is a must
* Extremely strong analytical, problem-solving skills and business acumen
* The ability to work independently and with limited oversight
* Self-awareness and ownership of are part of your core values
* Able to work under pressure and within short time constraints in a complex system and business environment
* Corporate FP&A Skillset is an advantage

Primary scope (tasks)
* Prepare for and update month-end reporting files (Real Estate rent expense and cash analysis)
* Prepare financial deal summaries for Real Estate approvals
* Monthly forecast and close responsibilities for Real Estate OPEX
* Prepare monthly T&E spend reports and forecast
* Review CAPEX PO/REQs and prepare forecasts by location
* Prepare reports for Real Estate OPEX reconciliations by office location
* Work with 3rd party lease abstracting services and help audit lease administrative service (Visual Lease)
* Ad Hoc reporting & projects

The base pay range above represents the low and high end of the base compensation range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Actual base compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, actual experience, and job performance.
