Job Description
A world-renowned Healthcare Hospital System is seeking Mid-Level Financial Analyst / Data Analyst. This person must come from a heavy technology focused organization where they are working with data integrity, Computer Information Systems, Digital financial strategies, etc. This person will be reporting to the Director of Technology Strategy and Operations. They will be emphasizing the integration of technology and data analytics to enhance operational and business processes. The primary focus is on applying advanced data analysis techniques to inform strategic decision-making and optimize technology-driven initiatives.

Skills and Requirements
5-7+ years of experience as a Financial / Data Analyst in a technology and data heavy environment.
Develop comprehensive reports to encapsulate key data findings.
Provide actional insights based on thorough data analysis to influence business decisions.
Create executive level presentations, effectively communicating complex data to senior management.
5+ years of experience assisting in budget variance analysis and forecasting processes, applying data analytics to enhance fiscal accuracy.
Analyze data trends to anticipate future operational impacts, integrating data analysis acumen.
Hands on practical Tableau experience for creating advanced visualizations and dashboards.
Translate complex business requirements into technical specifications for data visualization.
